I created I Am Arts, LLC  to develop the student physically, mentally, artistically, personally, culturally, socially and spiritually. I have been a music educator for more than 20 years. I’ve been privileged to see so many students discover their natural skills and abilities and reach results they never dreamed were possible. Here's a little more about me:

• Bertram Martin Award winner

• Musical Director for Alabama State University musical and vocal coach for 20+ years

• Director of several successful theatre camps for children and teens at Alabama State University

• Liaison to Dr. Tommie Stewart, Alabama State Board of Education, District 5.

In addition to one-on-one lessons, I Am Arts, LLC aims to:

• Partner with schools, civic organizations and churches 

• Offer personal voice lessons, Choral consulting, theater arts workshops and camps

• Prepare artists for auditions, projects, public speaking and performances

• Promote confidence, responsibility and self-discipline

• Artistic Networking with professional Artists, Choreographers and Musicians.

• Build confidence in the classroom and the boardroom
